Rodel Marqueses

Rodel Marqueses has a diverse work experience in finance and auditing. Rodel is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Udenna Land Inc. and has held the same position at Udenna Corporation. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Udenna Corporation. Rodel also worked as the AVP - Controllership at ARTHALAND. Rodel has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, as well as in overseeing accounting operations and preparing financial reports. Rodel previously served as the Financial Controller and Group Financial Controller at Chelsea (C) and Udenna Corporation, respectively. Before entering the corporate sector, Rodel worked as an Audit Senior Manager at Punongbayan & Araullo, where they gained comprehensive expertise in auditing and client management. Rodel started their career as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP after working as an Audit Senior for Punongbayan & Araullo, a member firm within Grant Thornton International.

Rodel Marqueses completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from San Beda College, attending from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate education, Rodel obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in November 2005. Additionally, they have pursued several certifications through LinkedIn, including Excel: Financial Functions in Depth, Excel: Scenario Planning and Analysis, Finance Strategies for Business Leaders, Financial Forecasting with Big Data, Finance Essentials for Small Business, How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, Talent Management, Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements, and Managing Stress for Positive Change. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2021.
