Nathalie Laub Christoffersen

Nathalie Laub Christoffersen serves as an HR-partner and HR-fuldmægtig at Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriet since December 2020. Previously, Nathalie held the position of HR Student at Ankestyrelsen from March 2018 to June 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, monthly HR analytics, and the development of HR processes. Nathalie gained further experience as an HR intern at Kopenhagen Fur from September to December 2019, focusing on recruitment, communication, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Economics and Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in the same fields from Copenhagen Business School, along with an exchange program in Administration and Marketing at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Nathalie completed secondary education at Espergærde gymnasium og HF.
