H. Andrew Cantor is a seasoned real estate investment professional with extensive experience in the residential and industrial REIT sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Investments at UDR since September 2009, H. Andrew Cantor manages investment activities, oversees underwriting processes, and leads a team of financial analysts while maintaining key relationships with joint venture partners. Prior to UDR, H. Andrew Cantor held various senior roles at Archstone-Smith, including Group Vice President, where responsibilities entailed raising capital and managing investor relations. H. Andrew Cantor began a career in real estate due diligence at ProLogis and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Colorado State University.
