Justyna Klimek

Justyna Klimek's work experience begins in 2007 with roles at Reckitt Benckiser Poland, including Assistant Brand Manager Laundry and an internship in the Global Media Team. Justyna then worked as Volunteers Operations Coordinator for the UEFA EURO 2012 Local Organizing Committee from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they served as Tournament Integration Senior Specialist for the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar). Justyna held the role of Pre-tournament Events Operations Manager for the European Handball Championships EHF EURO 2016 from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they also worked as Ticketing Manager for Catalyst Media Group Ltd. and Venue Manager for the European Handball Championship EHF EURO 2016. In 2017, Klimek became the Head of Guest Operations for the International Champions Cup 2017 at Catalyst Media Group Ltd. Justyna then founded their own business as an Event and Project Management Consultant in 2016, which they continue to manage to the present day. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Project Manager and later became a Scientific Programme Manager for the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT), where they managed the development and execution of scientific programs, coordinated various committees, and handled logistics for faculty and VIP guests. Lastly, starting in November 2022, Klimek joined UEFA as a Ticketing Project Coordinator, where they are currently employed.

Justyna Klimek pursued their education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they completed a Master's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing.
