Malgorzata Chrzanowska began their work experience in 2009 as a Ski Instructor at Fun School. Malgorzata then moved on to various roles including Winter Events Organizer at POTRiS, Sales Representative for Eastern Europe at Breizelec, and Responsible Import-Export at Loftsails International. In 2011, they worked as an Operation Department Events Organizer at Bofer Viajes S.L. and as a Ski Instructor and Animator at Les Elfes International. Malgorzata also worked as a Ski Instructor at Suvretta Snowsports in 2012. Malgorzata joined UEFA in 2015 as a Media Accreditation Assistant, and later took on roles such as Accreditation Coordinator, Venue Management Coordinator, and most recently UEFA Women's Champions League Final Project Leader. Additionally, in 2016 they briefly served as Chief Liaison Officer at OBS - Olympic Broadcasting Services.
Malgorzata Chrzanowska has an extensive education history. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Navarra. In 2010, they pursued further studies and earned a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Banking from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Continuing their education, Malgorzata completed their Master of Economics in Finance and Banking, with a specialization in Finance of Enterprises, from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie in 2013. Malgorzata also undertook a Master Studies program in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Consulting, from France Business School, ESC Brest in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, in 2016, Malgorzata also earned a certification in "Top 5 Speed Reading Tips" from LinkedIn.
