Imran Omar

Imran Omar is an experienced professional in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Group Procurement Shared Services at UEM Edgenta Berhad since July 2020. With a strong background in managing procurement operations, Imran has previously held key leadership roles at BHP, OPW (a Dover Company), Astro GS Shop Sdn Bhd, Abric Berhad, DB Schenker, and UTi Worldwide, focusing on category management, supply chain strategy, logistics, and project management. Imran's educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain Management and an Executive Bachelor's in Management, both from Asia e University, complemented by a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Malaya.
