Micaela Roel has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Micaela began their career as a Producer at Radio Cultura FM 97.9 in 2014 and worked there for a year. Micaela then worked as a Production Assistant at Bigmole for a few months in 2015.

In 2016, Micaela worked as a Receptionist at Estudio Levy Guido & Levy, where they handled phone calls and coordinated office tasks. Micaela then transitioned to the role of Community Manager at Mixa Producciones in 2017, where they managed social media and communication strategies.

From 2018 onwards, Micaela started freelancing and took on multiple roles. As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Party FOREVER, they were responsible for the company's commercial and communication strategies. Micaela also worked as a Community Manager for various freelance projects, providing consulting and personal guidance to clients on social media and communication strategies.

In 2020, Micaela joined Americars as a Marketing & Advertising specialist, where they optimized e-commerce platforms and managed social media presence. Micaela then worked as a Social Media Manager at The Social Surfers from 2021 to 2022, followed by a role as an Account Executive.

Most recently, Micaela worked as a Social Media Planner at La Delegacion - Digital Marketing - Ecommerce from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Content Analyst at UENI Ltd, starting in February 2023.

Micaela Roel began their education journey in 2012 when they attended TEA Imagen, where they studied Audiovisual Production and obtained a Technician degree. Micaela attended TEA Imagen until 2014. In 2016, Micaela enrolled at Universidad Nacional de San Martín, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science. Micaela completed their studies at the university in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Micaela obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they received a Community Manager certification from Coderhouse. The following month, in September 2021, they obtained a certification in Google Ads Search Advertising from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). In October 2021, Micaela achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from the same institution. Finally, in May 2022, they obtained the Certificate of Attendance at SEOday 2022 from SEOday.
