Lauren S.

Lauren S. has over 10 years of progressive HR experience, starting from 2005. Lauren worked as an HRBP/Generalist until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants, a part of Compass Group. In 2018, they joined AssuredPartners as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Employee Relations and Engagement. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Vice President of People and Talent at Universal Engineering Sciences, a rapidly growing AEC firm backed by private equity.

Lauren S. has a Certificate in Total Rewards Compensation from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2022. In 2020, they also completed a Certificate Program in Change Management from the same university. Lauren holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Lauren also completed a Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Program in Psychology at the University of Miami.
