Michel Charland

Michel Charland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and human resources. Currently serving as an online teacher at Sanjia Education Montreal since December 2020, Michel has also operated as a senior human resources consultant and language teacher since September 2007. Additional roles include an auditor at uExamS, focusing on compliance in China, and a people assessment expert at Tong Zhen Behavior Assessment, where assessments aimed to enhance interpersonal relationships. With a solid foundation in teaching English and French from previous positions, including a significant role at Tong Zhen Languages and Arts Training Center, Michel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from UQAT and has extensive experience in management, recruitment, and organizational development from earlier roles in various radio and television companies and consulting firms.
