Coach Sonia Kararha

Coach Sonia Kararha, PCC (ICF), is the Founder and CEO of ReVeRa Learning & Solutions Inc., established in August 2019, where the focus is on Learning & Development Programs and Leadership Coaching Services aimed at People Development and Organizational Transformation. Sonia also serves as an Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate and as an Advisor at Lynk and Insight Alpha, providing expertise in the automotive industry. Previously, Sonia held management roles at Nissan Motor India Private Limited, where responsibilities included product marketing and extensive market research, and at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, with experience in product planning, management, and brake system design. Educational credentials include a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation, a postgraduate degree from the Indian Society for Training & Development, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
