Fatima Hussain is a seasoned Lead Research Analyst at uExcelerate, where responsibilities include overseeing research projects in coaching psychology, adult learning, and leadership development. With a focus on enhancing user experiences on the platform, Fatima generates high-quality content and collaborates with product development teams. In addition, Fatima contributes to the International Coaching Federation and European Mentoring Coaching Council, creating ethical guidelines for digital coaching. As the Program Director for The Coaching Culture Circle Conference, Fatima coordinates the event while also engaging with influential taskforces focused on digital coaching ethics. Fatima's educational background includes a Master's in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling Psychology, along with experience in various roles related to psychological counseling and education.
