Ashley Harrold

Ashley Harrold currently serves as the Patient Experience Director at UF Health, a role held since August 2019 after a period as Interim Director. Previous positions at UF Health included Patient Experience Manager and Patient Experience Specialist. Prior to joining UF Health, Ashley worked at HCA Healthcare and gained training in management at UF Health. The career began with internships at BayCare Health System and Teach For America, followed by significant roles in research and leadership within the University of Florida community. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Florida.
