Jason Zaremski

Clinical Professor Of Pm&r And Sports Medicine at UF Health

Jason Zaremski currently serves as a Clinical Professor of PM&R and Sports Medicine at UF Health, where Jason has been employed since July 2018. Additionally, Jason holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor and has been an Assistant Professor at the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute since 2012, focusing on the Departments of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation, and the Divisions of PM&R, Sports Medicine, and Research. Jason completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Geisinger Health System in 2011-2012 and a PM&R Residency at Tufts Medical Center from 2008 to 2011. Early training included a medical internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in 2007-2008. Academic credentials include an MD from Tufts University School of Medicine (2007), a Pre-Medical Diploma from Harvard University Extension School (2001), and a BBA in Marketing from Emory University's Goizueta Business School (1998).
