Melissa Beckler

Melissa Beckler has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Melissa is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at UF Health, where they are responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies across the hospital system and physician practices. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Randstad Sourceright, where they oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio and managed virtual talent acquisition teams. Melissa also served as the Recruitment Program Leader at Advantage xPO - Deutsche Bank, achieving recruiting targets and implementing compliant recruitment initiatives. Additionally, Melissa has worked as a Talent Acquisition Strategist and Consultant at MKB Consulting, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at EverBank (now TIAA), and Head of Talent Acquisition at Nemours. Melissa started their career as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Voya Investment Management, where they built and led a team of recruiters and oversaw vendor relationships and compliance. Overall, Melissa has a diverse background in talent acquisition and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Melissa Beckler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Management from American InterContinental University. Melissa also obtained a Targeted Selection Administrator certification in 2008 from Development Dimensions International.
