David Jégou

David Johnson is a highly experienced software engineer and technology leader with a robust background in developing innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Coalesce.io since February 2023, David specializes in creating APIs, CLI tools, and backend software for the Coalesce platform. Previously, David founded and led Lanson Labs LLC, developing the Aptos ONE platform for retail applications, and co-founded SkillStore, Inc., providing SaaS solutions for soft skills training. David's career also includes key roles such as CTO at Mocapay, where mobile payments were pioneered, and Director of Technology at StorePerform Technologies, instrumental in launching their flagship product. David's early career at Microsoft involved significant contributions to the Microsoft Exchange Server team. David holds a BSEE degree in Digital Electronics/Software from Virginia Tech.
