Marie Dauchy

Marie Dauchy is an experienced professional with a focus on coordination and management in the field of training and human resources. Currently serving as the Responsable d'activité formation Bafa/d at UFCV since October 2018, Marie Dauchy oversees administrative, economic, and pedagogical aspects of training activities, while also developing and promoting the program, recruiting and training a network of trainers, and fostering collaborative efforts. Additionally, Marie Dauchy has held the role of Coordinatrice de projet et Responsable formation at a social structure since September 2007, where efforts are centered on mobilizing over 100 stakeholders across six geographic sectors through participatory management and effective communication. A brief stint as Chargée Ressources Humaines at SNCF Mobilités in 2018 further solidified expertise in human resources transformation. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Law from EFficom.
