Jaby Jacob

Jaby Jacob is an experienced insurance professional with a robust background in reinsurance and actuarial services. Currently serving as a Reinsurance Underwriter for UFG Insurance since October 2025, Jaby previously held multiple leadership roles at EmPRO Insurance from March 2019 to September 2025, including Vice President of Underwriting, Operations & Analytics, and Vice President of Actuarial Services. Prior to EmPRO, Jaby worked at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers, where roles included Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Actuarial Services. Earlier experience also includes positions as an Actuarial Analyst at Meadowbrook Insurance Group and Economical Insurance Group. Jaby holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, completed in 1998.
