Rebekah MaKieve, MBA, CIC, AU-M, SM has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rebekah started their career in 1999 in various roles, including photography, marketing promoter, retail sales consultant, and shift leader/hostess in the food industry. Rebekah then joined UFG Insurance in 2010 and held multiple positions such as SMP customer service technician, BOP/SCP underwriting assistant, senior service center account specialist, and CL service center assistant supervisor. Currently, they are working as a product analyst at UFG Insurance. Prior to UFG Insurance, they worked as a file clerk and surety bond specialist at the same company from 2000 to 2006. Rebekah holds an MBA degree and has certifications in CIC, AU-M, and SM.

Rebekah completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jessup University in 2022. Previously, in 2020, they earned the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, specializing in insurance.

In 2014, Rebekah obtained an Associates degree in Underwriting from The Institutes, and in 2008 they graduated from California State University with a Bachelor's degree in Photography. Rebekah also holds an Associate's degree in Family and Consumer Science from American River College, which they completed in 2006.

In addition to their educational achievements, Rebekah has obtained various certifications. Rebekah completed the Leadership Development training at UFG in 2017, enhancing their leadership skills. Rebekah also holds a Property & Casualty Agency License issued by the California Department of Insurance. Furthermore, in August 2014, they successfully completed United Fire Group's six-week underwriter training program, furthering their expertise in underwriting.
