Cesare Grassi

Cesare Grassi has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Cesare started their career in 2005 as a Chief Engineer and Project Manager at Marconi Industrial Services S.p.A. In 2007, they joined UFI Filters Group as a Project Manager and gradually progressed to the role of Global Program Manager Coordinator for the HD & Truck Division. In 2014, they became the Director of Project Management, EMEA, responsible for supervising project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects. In 2016, they were appointed as the Group Sales Director for Heavy Duty accounts at UFI Filters Group before becoming the Chief Division Officer Hydraulics in 2017. Cesare also held executive positions at UFI Filters Hydraulics and SOFIMA Industrial Filters Co. Ltd. Currently, Cesare Grassi is the Managing Director at Friedrichs Filtersysteme GmbH.

Cesare Grassi holds a Diploma in Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico F. Gonzaga (Castiglione d/Stiv. - MN) from 1992 to 1997. Cesare then pursued a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia, completing it from 1997 to 2004. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they earned an MBA from Bologna Business School with a focus on Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA). In 2021, Cesare attended CUOA Business School, specializing in Executive Corporate Finance, particularly in the field of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
