RITESH CHAUDHRY has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to secretarial and legal functions. RITESH is currently working as a Sr. Vice President - Secretarial & Company Secretary at UFLEX Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President & Head - Legal & Secretarial at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd. from January 2021 to April 2023. RITESH also held the position of Sr. General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary at Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited from September 2007 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Manager (Secretarial) at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd from October 2005 to August 2007, and as a Dy. Company Secretary at Indo Gulf Fertilisers Limited from September 2004 to October 2005. RITESH started their career as a Dy. Manager (Secretarial) at ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LIMITED in January 1998, where they worked until September 2004.

From 1974 to 1985, Ritesh Chaudhry attended Seventh Day Adventist School in Lucknow.
