Vaibhav Gangwar

Vaibhav Gangwar has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Vaibhav currently works at UFLEX Limited as the Head of Business Excellence. Prior to this, they held a role at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., where they served as the Chief Manager of Corporate TQM and later as the Senior Manager of Corporate TQM. Before that, they worked at Ashok Leyland in various positions, including Head of Plant TQM, Manager of TQM (Engine & Axle), Head of Tool Management System, and Operational Excellence. Vaibhav started their career at Cummins India as an Assistant Manager in Fuel Pump Production. Vaibhav also completed an internship at Telcon Limited, focusing on Visual Work Management.

Vaibhav Gangwar earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
