Ajay Shrivastava began their work experience as an Area Sales Manager at Sadhna News in October 2008. AJAY then moved on to become the General Manager at the same company in September 2010. In January 2014, Ajay joined NEWS WORLD CHANNEL as the General Manager (Sales), where they worked until April 2015. Since May 2015, they have been working as a Sales Manager at UFO Moviez India Limited.
From 1995 to 1998, Ajay Shrivastava attended Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya in Jabalpur. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics.
