Natasha George Pinto

Natasha George Pinto has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natasha is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at UFO Moviez India Limited since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IN10 Media Network from May 2019 to January 2021, where they held the position of Human Resources Executive. During their tenure at IN10 Media Network, they were associated with various group companies in the broadcast, content production, and online gaming industries. Before joining IN10 Media Network, Natasha worked at Futurista Consulting as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from September 2018 to April 2019, and as a Human Resources Consultant from July 2017 to August 2018. Their key responsibilities at Futurista Consulting included understanding client requirements, managing client coordination and handling, preparing job descriptions and specifications, mapping recruitment sources, and screening resumes.

Natasha George Pinto completed their education in a chronological manner. Natasha began their education in 2012 at Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, where they obtained their High School Certificate (HSC) with a focus on Business/Commerce.

After that, they attended Ghanshyamdas Saraf College of Commerce and Arts from 2014 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with a specialization in Business Management & Marketing.

In 2017, Natasha enrolled at the University of Mumbai for a Master of Commerce degree in Business Management. Natasha completed their studies in 2019.

From 2018 to 2020, Natasha pursued their MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources Management at the Welingkar Institute of Management.

Natasha also obtained several additional certifications. In 2018, they completed the Google AdWords Essential Training course from LinkedIn. In 2020, they acquired certifications in HR and Digital Transformation, as well as Managing Depression in the Workplace, both from LinkedIn.
