Rupesh Shukla

Rupesh Shukla has extensive work experience in account and finance management. Rupesh currently serves as the Manager of Account and Finance at UFO Moviez India Limited, where they oversee the consolidation of subsidiaries and joint ventures within the UFO Group. Rupesh is responsible for ensuring compliance with Ind AS financial regulations and managing direct tax matters for the company and its subsidiaries. Rupesh also prepares financial projections and budgets, assists top management in performance analysis, and manages monthly and quarterly closure processes.

Prior to their current role, Rupesh worked as a Senior Executive at SRBC & Co. LLP, where they handled statutory audits and limited reviews for listed and other companies. In this position, they demonstrated efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.

Rupesh also served as an Assistant Manager at Pathak HD and Associates, where they were involved in statutory audits, limited reviews, and tax audits for various companies, including the Phoenix Mall Group and Transasia Bio-medicals Limited. Rupesh successfully allocated and managed work for team members and ensured timely completion of audits.

Before joining Pathak HD and Associates, Rupesh worked as a Senior Associate at Haribhakti & Co. LLP. In this role, they conducted statutory audits, tax audits, and limited reviews for listed companies such as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Jain Irrigation System Limited, and Responsive Industries Limited. Rupesh also led and supervised team members and managed the audit process, including the implementation of Ind AS and the drafting of audit reports.

Rupesh began their career as an Audit Assistant at K.S. Aiyar and Co. Here, they gained foundational experience in auditing.

Rupesh Shukla pursued their education in a chronological manner. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, Rupesh continued their education at the same institution and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Lastly, between 2009 and 2014, they enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained the esteemed Chartered Accountant designation.
