Kashif Riaz

Kashif Riaz has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on sales, operations, and customer service. Kashif began their career in 1998 as a Customer Care Officer at Paktel Cable & Wireless Company. From there, they worked at various companies including Muslim Commercial Bank Limited, Ufone Etisalat, United Bank Limited, and Mobilink. At Ufone Etisalat, they served as a Business Center Manager and later as the Regional Head Customer Operations. At Mobilink, they held the position of Regional Head Corporate Services. In 2014, they joined Ufone Etisalat again and assumed the role of Regional Head Operations (Sales & Distribution) before becoming the Head of Alternate Channel. Throughout their career, Kashif has gained experience in managing operations, developing corporate accounts, implementing quality measures, and providing customer services to corporate clients.

Kashif Riaz completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from CSM School Of Graduate Studies, Lahore Campus in 1997. In 1994, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Sir Syed College, Rawalpindi.
