Raza Abbas has a wide range of experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning over two decades. Raza started their career at Mobilink in 2002, working as a Corporate Account Manager. Later, Raza joined Warid Telecom in 2004, where they held various leadership roles in Customer Care and Operations, including Head of Customer Care and Head of Customer Care Operations. During their time at Warid Telecom, they implemented several initiatives to improve service levels, reduce wait times, and introduce paperless environments. In 2016, Raza moved to Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) and served as the Head of Customer Operations, overseeing the merger and integration of processes and procedures between Jazz and Warid. Raza played a pivotal role in implementing performance monitoring metrics, credit control measures, and automation of postpaid sales and waiver issuance. In 2019, Raza joined K-Electric as the Director of Customer Service, where they led the Customer Experience department until 2023. Currently, Raza serves as the Vice President of Retail Sales (South) at Ufone 4G.
Raza Abbas has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Preston University, which was obtained between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, Raza obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Govt. College Rawalpindi, completed between 1991 and 1993. In addition, Raza holds a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Singtel, obtained in an unspecified year.
