Syed Muhammad Talha Ghaznavi

Syed Muhammad Talha Ghaznavi has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Syed Muhammad is currently the Group Director of Material & Services Procurement at Ufone, where they oversee procurement activities for PTCL Group. Prior to this role, they served as the Group Head of Indirect Procurement at Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML) / Ufone, where they were responsible for strategic projects and tendering. Before joining Ufone, Ghaznavi worked at PTCL as the General Manager of Supply Chain, where they led nationwide procurement efforts and implemented strategic initiatives. Syed Muhammad also gained experience at Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd / VimpelCom, where they held roles as the Head of Indirect Procurement & Contracts as well as the Senior Manager of Planning, Development & Vendor Management in the Supply Chain Management Department. Ghaznavi's early career included roles at Huawei Technologies Bahrain and Huawei Technologies Pakistan, where they focused on procurement functions and managed supplier relationships. Syed Muhammad also worked at Impregilo S.p.A and Allai Khwar Consultants, where they gained experience in material coordination and field coordination, respectively.

Syed Muhammad Talha Ghaznavi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Preston University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Auditing, Accounting, and Business Communication from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Talha Ghaznavi has also obtained various certifications in areas such as business acumen, coaching, financial management, strategic planning, and change management from LinkedIn in 2020.
