Ivan Araos

Ivan Araos has extensive experience in the aeronautics sector, currently serving as the General Manager at Centro de Navegación Aérea SpA since June 2017, focusing on education, service, and technological innovation in aeronautics. Additionally, Ivan holds the position of Executive Director at EXPODRON, leading a team in organizing significant events in the drone industry. Ivan has also worked as a UFO Entrepreneur at Ufounders since September 2022, and previously served as Project Director at Coffee Planet Center from June 2019 to May 2021. Ivan’s career includes a long tenure at DGAC, where Ivan worked as an Air Traffic Controller from July 1992 to June 2018, including duties at the Santiago Airport control tower. Ivan is also a former CEO of TiendaPlanet Group SpA, contributing to the establishment of an electronic sales platform in South America. Ivan holds degrees in Air Traffic Control and Aeronautical Administration and Management from Escuela Aeronáutica and Universidad Santo Tomás, respectively. Fluent in Spanish, Ivan possesses strong oral, written, and reading skills in the language.
