Javier Nadal Farré is an experienced advisor and manager with a strong background in engineering and operations within various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor and Board member at Ufounders since November 2021, Javier has previously held significant roles including Technical Manager at Plasticos Tatay SA, where achievements included leading industrial transformation and enhancing product development processes, and Director of Operations at Tecni Plasper. A notable tenure was as the Infrastructure Maintenance Manager at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona, overseeing extensive maintenance operations.
