Isaías Scalabrin Bianchi

Isaías Scalabrin Bianchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and governance. Currently serving as Governance and Compliance IT Coordinator at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) since February 2010, Isaías has implemented IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT while providing advanced support in network infrastructure and system operations. Also holding the position of Foreign Professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University since September 2020, Isaías teaches undergraduate and Ph.D. students. With a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies from Universidade do Minho, completed between 2014 and 2018, and additional qualifications including a Master's in Business Administration from UFSC, Isaías brings a solid academic foundation to professional endeavors, along with previous roles in system support and network analysis.
