David de la Serna

David de la Serna is an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer currently employed at UG2 since September 2022, overseeing operations at the Paramount Group's 300 Mission Street location in San Francisco. Previous roles include Operating Engineer positions at the KPMG Building under Paramount Group Inc. and Hines from 2013 to 2022, as well as working at Salesforce West and the 50 Fremont Center. David completed the Local 39 Stationary Engineer Apprenticeship Program, earning a Certification of Completion in Engineering in 2018.
