Vaishali Mehta

Vaishali Mehta is a Senior Vice President at Ugam, a global provider of analytics and decisioning solutions. Vaishali has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.

Mehta began their career as a Management Trainee at American Express in 1998. Vaishali was quickly promoted to HR Manager in 1999 and then to Compensation and Benefits Manager - South Asia in 2001. In 2005, they left American Express to join GENPACT as Learning and Development Leader - Analytics COE. In 2014, they joined Travelex as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, India. Vaishali served in this role for two years before joining Ugam in 2016.

Mehta has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

They work with Navin Dhananjaya - Chief Solutions Officer, Vishal Katial - SVP, Information Technology, and Lancy D’souza - Chief Financial Officer. Vaishali Mehta reports to Sunil Mirani, Co-Founder & CEO.
