Emmanuel Sekimpi

Emmanuel Sekimpi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of ICT. Serving as the Director at KaCyber Technologies since December 2018 and as an ICT Officer at Uganda Industrial Research Institute since December 2010, Emmanuel has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in technology implementation and research. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Global ICT Policy from Pusan National University, earned between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computing, specializing in Computer Science, from Kyambogo University, completed in February 2010.
