Issah Kiganda is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in enterprise architecture and business process management. Currently serving as the Head Transformation Office at Uganda National Roads Authority since January 2016, Kiganda previously held the position of Manager Enterprise Architecture at Uganda Revenue Authority from July 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included reviewing the CEO’s office operations and enhancing executive support functions. Kiganda's background also features roles as a management trainer across various organizations, an ICT consultant for the World Customs Organisation, and a software engineer at URA. Academic credentials include an MBA in Information Systems, a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Kyambogo University.
