Namutebi Susan is an experienced procurement officer at Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since January 2016. Previously, Namutebi worked as a cashier at Umeme Limited from June 2010 to January 2016, and at Crane Bank Limited from January 2008 to May 2010, where responsibilities included managing financial transactions, customer service, and reconciliations. Namutebi holds a Master of Business Administration from Islamic University in Uganda, a Level 6 qualification in Purchasing, Procurement, and Contracts Management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management from Kyambogo University.
