Ronald Kamulegeya

Ronald Kamulegeya has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Oracle Cloud Financials System Manager and Manager Accounts at Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since December 2015. Key responsibilities include processing monthly payroll for over 1,700 employees and managing payments for more than 100,000 project-affected individuals. Prior experience includes roles as an Accountant at UNRA and Namirembe Guesthouse, as well as Senior Finance Officer at Rakai Town Council. Ronald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University, a Certified Public Accountant designation, a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration, and a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity.
