Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF)
Oscar Arac is a Health Inspector with extensive experience in public health, disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and health promotion. Oscar has worked with organizations such as the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces, AFROHUN - Uganda, One Health Commission, and United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia. Oscar holds a Master of Public Health degree specializing in Interventional Epidemiology from Makerere University, as well as a Bachelor's degree and a PGD in Environmental Health. Oscar completed their high school education at Comboni College.
