James Lubwama

James Lubwama currently holds the position of Manager Patents and Industrial Designs at Uganda Registration Services Bureau since May 2012, overseeing the protection of patents, utility models, industrial designs, and technovations. Prior to this, James served as Acting Manager and Senior Examiner Patents, with a background in Electrical Engineering from Monitor Publications Limited. Additional experience includes part-time lecturing at Kyambogo University. James Lubwama holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from Africa University and a Master's degree in Renewable Energy, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, all attained from reputable institutions, including Makerere University.
