Achire Andrew Emmanuel

Achire Andrew Emmanuel is an experienced professional at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), currently serving as a Domestic Tax Officer focused on Tax Audits and Compliance since August 2020, contributing to the Domestic Revenue Mobilization Strategy. Previously, Achire held various positions at URA, including Benefits Officer overseeing payroll and staff welfare from November 2017 to April 2020, Records Centre Officer responsible for document management of Motor Vehicle Applications from July 2015 to June 2016, and Customs Registry Officer managing customs documents for record purposes from January 2011 to January 2012. Achire holds a 2nd Class degree in Accounting from Makerere University Business School, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and completed education with an Arts degree at Naalya Senior Secondary School, Bweyogerere Campus from 2005 to 2010.
