Raymon Wamani

Raymon Wamani, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and financial management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Tutor at IERA Professional Training Center and as a Compliance Officer in the Domestic Taxes Department at Uganda Revenue Authority since July 2022, Raymon focuses on expanding the tax base and enhancing voluntary compliance through strategic inspections and taxpayer education. Previous roles include Country Partnership Finance Lead, Senior Accountant, and Accountant at Save the Children International, where responsibilities encompassed sub-grants management and reporting. Raymon began the career as a Tax Associate at PIM + Co Certified Public Accountants, providing tax advisory services. Education includes a CPA from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and a B.Com (Hons.) in Accounting from Makerere University.
