Brad Adams

Brad Adams is an accomplished Site Manager at UGL since November 2019, overseeing P&L responsibilities for the Ballarat operations and managing a team of over 70 members while focusing on customer relations and operational improvements. Prior to this role, Brad served as Manufacturing Manager at Refuel International, where innovative manufacturing solutions were implemented for bespoke aviation refuelers, and as Operations Manager at ARC, leading the production of reinforcing products. Additional experience includes positions at Black Widow Enterprises, Triangle Cables, and Melbourne Business School, highlighting expertise in process optimization, team leadership, and efficiency improvements across various manufacturing environments. Brad holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, an Advanced Diploma in Automotive Design and Development from Automotive Training Victoria, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of Melbourne.
