Paul Scott

Paul Scott has extensive experience in finance and project management. Paul served as a Finance Lead at UGL, where they managed financial reporting and analysis for a joint venture providing maintenance services to a gas plant. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Cleanaway Waste Management, overseeing a $50m municipal portfolio and providing support for new contracts. Paul also served as a Finance Subject Matter Expert at Synergy, leading a SAP migration project and providing guidance to the Power Generation division. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Finance Manager at ATCO Gas Australia and a Management Accountant at SITA UK. Throughout their career, Paul demonstrated strong financial acumen and the ability to enhance cost recovery, increase revenue, and drive company success.

Paul Scott completed their BA in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University from 2000 to 2004. Paul obtained a Fellowship (FCCA) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2008. Paul also holds a Certificate in Data Analytics from ACCA and has completed a course on Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners from LinkedIn. In 2023, they became a member of AIM WA (Australian Institute of Management).
