Zurab Magradze

Zurab Magradze is a seasoned IT and business development professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at RUNcircles since October 2020 and as Business Development Director at UGT since April 2017, Zurab has previously held significant roles including Deputy Head and Director of IT Development at the Public Service Development Agency, and Head of IT Department at the Civil Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. Key contributions include leading eGovernment development projects such as the establishment of the Certification Service Provider and various personalization systems for electronic identity documentation.
