Crystal Carlson

Crystal Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and personal training. Currently serving as a Sr. Workforce Management Analyst at UnitedHealth Group since October 2008, Crystal is responsible for creating weekly schedules for Service Delivery staff in a call center environment and managing time-sensitive schedule changes. Previously, Crystal worked as a Personal Trainer at Sassy Fit, helping clients in the Seattle area achieve their fitness goals. Crystal also held the position of Scheduling & Workflow Associate at FREE & CLEAR®, managing attendance for Service Delivery employees and coordinating shift trades. In addition, Crystal served as a Certified Quit Coach, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist participants in quitting tobacco. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion/Community Health from Northern Arizona University.
