Ferlin Hicarte

Ferlin Hicarte is an experienced professional with a strong foundation in design and visual communication, specializing as a UI/UX designer and front-end developer. Currently serving as a Manager and previously a Senior Applications Developer / UX Designer at UnitedHealth Group since May 2013, Ferlin has extensive expertise in brand design, web design, and user experience for diverse clientele through ferlinhicarte.com since 2002.
