Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown currently serves as the Associate Director for Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) within Regulatory Change Management and Adherence at UnitedHealth Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Regional Manager for Environmental Health and Safety at Optum from January 2022 to November 2023. Jennifer's extensive experience includes over 15 years at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the Occupational Health program for 14 North American sites and standardizing compliance with regulatory and corporate standards as both the Occupational Health Leader and Senior EHS Engineer. Jennifer began a professional career at Glidden ICI Dulux Paints as a Safety, Health, and Environment Coordinator. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental & Hazardous Materials Management from The University of Findlay.
