Charles F. Boyle

Mr. Charles F. Boyle was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Trust in February, 2003, and had served as its Vice President and Controller since June, 1991. Mr. Boyle has served as Senior Vice President and Controller of UHS since 2016 and Vice President and Controller since 2003. Prior to that Mr. Boyle served as its Assistant Vice President - Accounting since 1994 and as UHS' Director of Corporate Accounting since 1989.
