Jeremy R. Rodriguez

Jeremy R. Rodriguez serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Independence Physician Management, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), since January 2014. Under Rodriguez's leadership, Independence Physician Management has focused on developing and managing multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics. Prior to this role, Rodriguez served as the Corporate Director of Physician Recruitment at UHS, where the emphasis was on attracting high-quality physicians to deliver exceptional medical care. Rodriguez's earlier experience includes positions such as Director of Physician Recruitment for the Acute Care Division and Director of Recruiting at The Delta Companies from August 2006 to January 2014. Rodriguez holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Baylor University, along with having attended the United States Military Academy at West Point.
