Joe Lo Duca

Joe Lo Duca is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic market development, business growth, and physician relations. Currently serving as the California Regional Director for Strategic Market Development at UHS, Joe also functions as the Founder and CEO of Lo Duca International LLC, offering consulting services in various healthcare domains. Previously, Joe held key leadership positions at Sharp HealthCare, where as Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line, oversight was provided for governance, strategic planning, and operational performance across multiple hospitals. In prior roles, Joe served as Chief Administrative Officer for Cancer and Heart & Vascular at Benefis Health System and co-founded Adversoft, Inc., pioneering mobile marketing solutions. Joe’s educational background includes a Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.
