John Erramouspe

John Erramouspe, JD, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at UHS since August 2023. Prior to this, John held the position of Senior HR Business Consultant at Westerly Advisors from March 2022 to August 2023, providing expertise across various industries including education, manufacturing, and technology. As Chief Human Resources Officer and COO at GBH from January 2020 to June 2022, John successfully managed administrative and operational functions while developing strategic organizational plans. John also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Great River Insurance, where responsibilities included overseeing claims investigations and customer service. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Associate-HR lead at Noyes and Hoffman PC, consulting on numerous cases, and as HR Director at A&B, Inc., focusing on employee engagement and performance.
